Beaming Jewelry crystal of primal .. need info.

Two things come to mind:
. - The devs smoke's good stuff
. - Or I really don't know how to read

I got this crystal today

. Beaming jewelry crystal of primal
. +24 primal
. Jewelry socket

Now my questions to the more educated members of this assembly

- Are the dragon scheduled to get a jewlery slot's?
- Or is this protection against primal?
- Or is this really +24 to primal ability?
- Or the devs are smoking better stuff then I do when they created this items.

If anyone have ideas on how to make this item usefull, be my guess.

It's for the new playable Race that uses primal: Tempest Golem

Only come in asexual (nueter) gender for now. They actually get 3 necklace equip slots ( one around neck one around each thigh, visible effect when equipped) so these will be awesome!

Interesting .. I wonder if I should hang to it until they modify the crystal .. maybe mine will be modified at that time.
