. . . and that's a grand reason to put housing and lair decorations on your priority list.

Just think how happy your player base would be if they logged in a week or so prior to Christmas to receive a painting, a statue, a rose bush or the like to place in or on their plot/lair just because it's Christmas--the season to be giving . . . .
