Limits are something like
25-30 finished product unstackables
300 finished product stackables
3000 (un)refined resources
There is a payout degredation throughout those numbers though and that information I haven't a clue about.
TG has never told us more about the PB stock depletion but to say that within a days time, for most items, all items will have dropped from stock.
