Default 252 Training Points/63 BuyBackPoints to spend!

Hi, I am a level 21 dragon that has just restarted my account after 2 years. I have 252 Training Points/63 BuyBackPoints to spend!

Where would my points be best spent? And what are buy back points?

I want to know my best options for being a caster and being a fighter since I have never put points into any direction.

Since most of you have seen the changes the game has gone through over the past 2 years I would much appreciate the help! THANKS! :)

    I would suggest:

Fighter: Max out T&C, split the rest between Strength and Health

Caster: Max out Primal, split the rest between Power and Health

Dex/Focus/Evasion are usefull but seem to have little effect at higher levels.

Does power increase the power of your spells? or what?

Yup. Power does the same for spells as strength does for combat.

    It works something like this:

Focus (or dex) does magical acuracy, and magical evasion (replace with aucracy and evasion for dex)
Power (or strenght) does raw damage.
Primal (or tooth and claw) does damage and increases your acuracy.

Generaly most dragons do not bother with focus or dexterity at all, most reguard them as worthless. Also, 1 point in a skill such as primal or T&C is equivialnt to two-thirds of a point of power or strength, respectivly, in terms of raw damage. Stats also contribute to your crafting skills.

Personally i put some TPs into primal, though following path of the lunus.

The reason? When you keep up primal with your levels (x10) you can use the next tier of spells as soon as you hit the level-requirements. And YES, those (Grazing Winds, Breezes, ...) make a big difference, even for a claw-fighter.

Rest i'd put into T&C, as there is nothing better than all specials (GoldRage, SilverStrike) hitting your enemy.

couldn't have said it better myself, HAG.
anyone on order who has been on with me when this discussion comes up (as it did tonight) knows i argue this point vehemently. it's all about the base primal..

Buyback points allow you to redistribute training points you have already spent.

You can, at max, redistribute 25% of your total TPs.

Buyback points also slowly regenerate over time to a maximum of 25% of your total TPs.
