Is The Wizard School Broken?

Hi,
Anyone know much about it or the spells? Is it a broken school? I'm not seeing it listed. I asked in the new player help channel on the Chaos shard and no one knew anything? Same with the market channel.

Any information about the school would be greatly appreciated.

I certainly haven't heard anything about wizard being broken, maybe the people in MP and NPA were in a crafting trance or asleep. 8P Wizard is a prestige school of mage, and uses energy spells (stun tech is your friend!).
