Ulaven's Experimental Fire Shield Quest

I am stuck on this quest, it asks me to use Engulf 3 times in combat but the ticker isnt moving even though I am using engulf.

Any Ideas???

You need to use engulf I I belive, if you are too high a level you can't do it.

Hmm well the spell is a damage shield and I would like the spell, perhaps I can just make a new mage to get the spell for me

Amon spoke up down in the Bug Forum I think saying they will change the fighter weapon tech quest to all being able to do the quest but not scaling beyound T2 so maybe if you go there and post you can get this one change to the same way.

Engulf and the Experimental Fire Shield are two different quests from the mage trainer. Sure you haven't mixed things up? I did both without any real trouble.
