To start requires you to be 30 adventure, 20 Crafter and 250k Hoard to start but much higher to complete. Head north of Chiconis by the giant Blight vine is a cave with the NPC that starts the quest.

Ancient requires you to be L90 adv dragon, be an adult, have completed ALL your adventure quests, in addition to completing the ARoP quest.
