Well,
most of the Germans on TV and those I have spoken with are sad but they concede that Italy played better in the end.
Makes one wonder if the Italian Fans would have shown the same quality of character, seeing how some of them gloat now, hm?
It was a good game, both teams played their heart out. Better than most matches in this WM up to that time in my opinion.
