Tails are for biting, Rhadamenth and later Daedra made that perfectly clear to me, I have the scars to prove it

As for wiggly-wiggly-w00-tail then I was never completely sure what it was, but I always assumed it was about avoiding getting ones tail bitten

its like this .. dragons standing next to each other while heavily whiggling ones tail, one of the dragons tails might ACCIDENTLY grab hold of the other and wiggle around it ! actually its some form of soft cuddle not to be shared with any random dragon
