I'm trying to cancel the billings on two account for a short period of time, but the website is not allowing me any info. There is no credit card listed and its not listing any date for next bill, but neither my wife nor I have cancelled.

I started a CS Ticket late last week and got a response today but with no action on the issue. I really need it cancelled as the billing date would be in two days by our count. Or if they are already cancelled somehow I need confirmation of that.

If there is a CS phone number or something of that nature I would be greatly appreciative.
