Repair/Restore Bones spell

Does anyone know where to find the repair and restore bones spells? I presume they are not user createable...

I have a feeling those are spells that undead healers cast, and they have accidentally slipped through filters onto GI.n's list.

they also may have been intended as part of a quest reward, as they are not player creatable...
