    Exclamation dead bodies

i never got an answer from TG but maybe i get an answer from EII

is it intended that dead bodies (if you killed a mob) dont decay when you looted it?

at release you looted a body and it decayed

atm the body decay after a given time, the time is longer if you dont have looted the body

this is very frustrating and lessens the game fun, expecially if you hunt in groups

It was a change from long ago and if I remember it correctly it was intentional.

    And the wisps on wis

If you can't see 'em, you know you've got proper invisible runes.

I noticed this as well. I figured it was to give people a chance to skin an animal or something, but not sure why it does it on all bodies and not just skinnable ones.

It affects the Undead's ability to rez their fallen. It's something that became VERY important with the Outpost quests. Since then you have to be careful to drag unsuspecting undead farther away from the path of the Medics.
