Area on map makes me crash

I have had a problem which has started again since maintenance where if i try to go to the region where the cobalt golems are my client freezes and i crash.

If i log back in I appear in a different place (where i previously logged out) and then i switch to where i crashed out (server database error?). I am fine until I move and server picks up my position, then i crash again.

I had to login and recall to be able get out of this problem.

I have tried deleting world cache and full patching several times and this has not helped it is still happening

I get no error message when I crash

I have logged this as a support ticket, No automated reply to this please EI

This MAY be the old Floating City (Island?) bug that happens, primarily with some ATI cards I think. I am good in this area with my 9600 but crash on my X800.

I had something similar a while ago. I had to manually delete my world cache folder and all. So you might need to do thaht rather than rely on Hz to fully delete it for you.
