Arop Bugged?

Hi,
i think my arop is bugged

I'm making the second part: i spoke to the gnome in NR and went to OR to Project X.

But the quest won't go any further

i tried to arrive at the right coords on foot, flying, running, in khutit......i've tried to relog, turno the pc down.......go back to NR, speak again to that gnome......delete all the other quests.......but the result is always the same: the quest do not want to go on

I need help please!

Well did Projoect X spawn and did you kill him, Im not sure if you need to kill him to have the quest update or not.
I do know you get combat spam that you recived the teliscope ?

yes, he've spawned tree times since my first trial: i tried to kill him first then the healers, first the healers then Project X and then i tried also to move into Old rachival with project X alive and following me......

But i still do not have the quest update

The quest step completion is not triggered by killing/looting Project X. (ever see that movie?) It's triggered by hitting a waypoint. Run around the area where it spawns.

I told that i run, flown, sprinted, in kutit mode but nothing happened

Try again after server maintenance. Run around the dome he spawns in (assuming this is required for the step you are on)

I would highly recommend AGAINST deleting ANY ARoP quests... The quest will not restart properly. It's not like RoP where you can re-do buggered up sections if needed.

The "waypoint" is dead center in the Gazebo where he spawns...

You have to run into the center of that thing (that's how I ended up doing it.... I was frustrated too, but found the sweet spot to run across)
