Transport Error can u help plz

A friend has recently bought the game and there free trail has ended, when they now try to login they get this transport error:

Error ID: 71
The login process was unseccessful because payment is due on this account. Please submit payment on your account before attempting to login again.

The server is now free and there is no billing page so they are unable to submit payment, is there anyway around this error or if anyone from GN or EII reads this can they PM or post here please.

And they are definitively trying to login to Unity?
Are they using the web page?

Yes they are loging into unity server and using the eu webpage.
I have also tryed to login for them with there info and i get the same error, my account works fine though

Isn't the game only free for the ones who played allready at the time all this play free till future server shutdown and move to Unitas things?

It feels a bit wrong if now everybody would be able to play for free.

But I could be wrong. Perhaps people who started playing after it was free - so NOT returning players - could help you.

Or post at the GN forum who knows maybe Luca has the answer.

There were some more people joining the game after the 1st of October, which was the last day to be payed...

Don't know what they are doing, would be interesting. Hm.
Maybe send luca a PM or something, best would be IRC, if Luca is online there... *shrugs*
