Subscriber Validation ?Unity

Some players on Unity are getting Emails regarding subscriber validation. I have received one (though have two accounts ).
Question...Does this validation concern Unity players at this time? If so then we would need to access payment management which can not be done at present.
Question...why have I not received a request for validation of my second account?
I'm sure that other Unity players will have more questions once they check their Emails

The email came from PME. We as Unity players don't have to do anything with them, yet...

This email came to us, because of the old EU-ghost Accounts in the Accountdatabase from the times, when Tulga and GN tried to implement transatlantic accounts...

At least that is the latest news, I heard.
