1) they never said you could start playing at 0:01 this morning
2) the issues are said to be solved this morning around 01:00, with a reboot now to fix some issues with the spawn.
3) good luck with eq2, been there myself. Have fun with crashing zones, which is a much bigger issue than the occasional down in HZ.
