This spell is Reyem.
I just changed the spell name in my folder. But its only me who can see it

For other people to see Reyem Naes, they too would need to either rename the spell effect files or edit definition files. It is impossible to get others to see the effect any other way without modifying the spell on the server-end.
Protip: "Reyem Naes" is a former Tulga employee's name spelled backwards. Awesome guy.

Well all the spells where there since beta, but no epic quests programmed for it. (Execpt SB, DC and BA)
Hmm I remember having Nazderon the Soul gate spell, loved it, always hoped dragons get that epic spell, because the skull looks a bit like a dragon head.
