A few things.
1) Some time away from every day life, be it to laugh, cry or just be distracted for a bit.
2) Something to talk to my friends or family about. I like books, movies, and games that I can share with others.

Anything that engages and occupies my mind; though since I'm easily amused, this could happen fairly quickly
