Clay - Bug, Oversight, or Intent

Some clarification from the Dev's on this one would be appreciated.

The Harvesting of Clay...makes sense using a "Clay Scoop".

Yet as things stand now, I find it odd that a 100 Miner/Gather is incapable of harvesting Clay without the Earthencraft Skill, yet Quarrying Skill can still be used by Dragon's. (This is not intended as a Biped vs Dragon issue, but to point out an oversight, or if further changes are intended)

If this is the intent, I find it odd that a processing skill is now required for harvesting a resource.

Or was it an oversight in adding "or Quarrying[xxx]" to the Clay Scoop (which seems most probable).

Felt this was something that needed to be brought to the attention of the Dev's.

Actually, dragons can't gather it either anymore. which is something that makes me sad, since I usually had Zur gather the clay while the cat gathered the rest of the cooking food.

I already sent a ticket in on it a few days ago.
