Blight Login Issues

Tried to log into Blight today but when I reached the "Entering Istaria" screen, I received the following error:

Horizons: horizons.exe application error

The instruction at "0x0093f5fa" referenced memory at "0x00000010" The memory cannot be "read". Click OK to abort program. Going to submit this as a ticket as well but thought I'd put it up here.

I got that issue a few weeks ago with 2 of my Order characters. It seems related to a certain place your char is (for me it was Genevia). The problem solved with the Delta 120 patching. Now I get the same problem with some of my Blight chars too. Recall from the loggin page seems to correct that.
