Buggy heals

Wanted to see if others are experiencing this issue:

Improved revit III w/techs / Revit 4 w/techs

If cast in combat in between attacking actions I receive a healed XXX message, but my health bar does not budge. Outside of combat there seems to be no issue.

Insta heals of any tier do not seem to exhibit this behavior, nor insta team heals.

I have not tested the healing with non-teched versions or tiers to further isolate it used in this fashion (improved/revit in combat while attacking).

yes, I believe the Devs have recently stumbled upon
this as a bug, and are working to remedy it. I have all
myheals tech'd with Cleanse, and this appears to be
the culprit.

I think the fix for this just went live. I hope so, very annoying bug. I have all my heals teched with cleanse.

Know what? I still have this problem. Or a similar one. Was healing a groupmate while we attacked a Tier 4 Blight Anchor. His health bar was stuck at ~30% and stayed that way for about 5 minutes. It resolved itself and jumped to maxbefore combat ended. But this bug started BEFORE he and I entered combat. Weird.

Yea the bug is still here, it locked up my Heals this morning in combat [:(]
