Expand All Quests Button?

Would it be possible to add a button to expand or shrink all the quests at once in the quest window?

It would be nice to have instead of going through them one by one.

Speaking of expanding, I really don't like it that when you do one step in one quest ALL quests expand instead of only the one you are working on.

Not only does it expand them all, but the quests are put in a random order. There has been times where I get a new quest and it goes somewhere in the middle..somewhere at the end or at the beginning whichever it feels like putting itself at the moment.

I'd like to be able to organize my quests. I find it very annoying that the quest I most recently got, which usually is the one I'm actively working on, is all the way at the bottom of the list. XD
