Help with Quest, I think I am mixed up....plz

I am trying to buy formulas from the quartermaster at the outpost near Old Oaks.

What I see is that she takes tokens, but she does not take the JMan ones....these new ones I am not aware of.

Where can I get those and are these ones that can be dropped off of mobs, not the tokens....but like the Blighted Master formulas.

I already have all 5 of the formulas from the Cenotaph's.....but I need to get all the others so transmutation does not kill me like it is for wood right now.

I am wanting to harvest some thornwood, but all I find is blighted, so hoping I can get the master blighted wood board and then the master wood board cleansing formulas.

Hopefully this is not to confusing....

You have to get Imperial Lore Tokens to get the master forms. You can obtain them via doing adv quests from Burris or craft quests from the gnome that sells the Formulars.
