The door and ladder have fallen off my silo.

Yes they have! You no longer need to use the door to access the silo, you can now access the silo from any side, by double-clicking or using the right click context menu from the structure itself.

Same goes for guildhouse/house treasure boxes, they are gone but you can access their contents by the structure itself.
