Some questions

Seems much has changed since I played last.

First can anyone recommend a good site for info on various game mechanics?

Second.

Notice there are skill pts and buy back pts, not sure how I get these, I see how to use them, do I get them for my highest adventure lvl or all of them. And see I can buy some back if I err apparently.

Also I have heard I can untrain schools.

Can I untrain a pre-req of a school, that is untrain monk and still keep ice -d?

any other aspects of this I'm missing,

Buy back points are earned as you play the game.. think it is 3 per day.

As for untraining .. yes even your prereq schools can be unlearned.. the npc to start is in Dalimond.

Try starting at the Horizons community site. After that I might suggest the Vault, but I do not personally appreciate the general attitude over there. I believe AE intends for their own community site to be as useful as DAoC's own Herald, which is quite good.

Moved my question to the right forum,

I really hope Tazoon gets back up or they get class information up on this site quickly... so much has changed I'm guessing the old manual I had is worthless. Seems it would be in the best interest of the Horizons to keep tazoon up at least for a bit, no real place to go now for info, not real helpful for new folks.

I can certainly do with out the nastyness of the vault though :D
