Expert Blacksmith Shop at Old Oaks

I have planned an Expert Blacksmith Shop on my plot at Old Oaks.

Any contributions to the building process would be greatly appreciated.

Once it gets up and running it will be open to all citizens of Chaos and its proximity to Mithril would be a huge benifit to all who mine there.

Expert Shop?!?!? Not to be the pessimist but you do know that currently takes about 20 times the resources of a Journey Shop right (10x for transmutation + noone is optimal at T6)? Heh I have refused to even entertain the thought of working on any expert shops until they put in T6 resource processing forms - especially with vaults to be capped again next week.
