It can be bugged for some at various parts. I had no problem with mine, but I have heard of others having issues. It's an individual thing.
The important thing is, when facing Elial, you must keep fighting him until he is dead. If you give up, you won't be able to try again without ticket help. A GM will have to give you back the parts you turn in in order to face him.

That one thing i am afrad of is getting booted in the rift run : ( and if i get booted at that part .. i'll be ... well . asking the gods for a little help ; )

No worries. As long as one person is there to keep his attention, he won't dissappear and you can get back in to the fight so long as he's not killed while you're LD which is very unlikely.

Just relog before turning in the parts for elial, that is most of the time the crash problem.
