    Karya made this suggestion to speed things along, so I'm passing it forward here.

    Since there are so many communities out there and so many guilds who own these communities across the shards, could each guild have a representative look at the guild's plots in the communities and put in any plot problem reports, please? It would greatly speed up the process having more eyes looking for issues.

    For larger communities with multiple guilds, perhaps also getting a representative for that specific community to do the looking would be better. Someone familiar with the plots there.

    17915/15007 Plot marker is near the center of the plot. Eastern edge overlaps the road. Western edge needs flattened, particularly the northwest corner, which is sliding down slope.

    17959/15086 Southeast corner overlaps the road. Plot marker is on the road and could be moved closer to the plot.

    18026/15120 Plot marker is half inside the southern edge.

    17878/15243 Plot marker is half inside the southern edge.

    17832/15280 Northwest corner overlaps the road.

    17757/15398 Southwest corner overlaps the road and slips downslope. Plot marker is on the road.

    Yes, but isn't it better late than never so that when time is available, they can be looked at and fixed? Possibly with the Scorpion Island ones, held off until the finishing touches of the tier 2 revamp?

    Central Valley
    Still 2 brown patches that look like they should be plots but no plot marker
    Both located at 22436 / 21033

    Valley Heights
    Lair at 22693 / 20981 doesn’t appear to be connected to a plot survey screen. Also double left clicking on the lair shows that it is not owned by the community (or a player). The option to buy is greyed out. The spatial region for valley heights does not match the position of this lair.

    Can't some (or most) of this be fixed after auctions?? If an error existed before the resizing and if resizing did not affect that area - no hurry to fix before auctions - only a small percentage of reclaimed plots will be bought at auction based on size of current player base - and with reclaim and after auctions - lots of plots available for new players - or existing players who will soon need plots.

    Hello Knossos,

    I believe Velea posted in another thread that she will address cosmetic issues later and will only focus on things that would affect the ability to build on plots prior to auctions.

    Sorry did not see that one and in any case it was not my intent to be critical. I do hold support though for any mechanism that will bring auctions sooner than later, though I personally am content with my current plot and do not plan to bid another.

    I am governed in my anxiety regarding earlier than later plot auctions by virtue of my having had numerous contacts in game from players who are checking in from time to time but abstaining from logging in daily and playing Istaria as they would rather do else while awaiting auctions, and I would hate to see them find a permanent alternative to Istaria.

    this is exactly what i warned for allready a long time ago, and what is allready happening.

    im playing warhammer at the moment, much more fun and things to do.
    however fear not for my account since i payed for a year.

    i think though that its not unlikely many accounts will not be renewed.

    this do-it-right-the-first-time attitude of the devs, i dont know where they got it from, but its not working. i mean all of us are allready used to a couple of bugs right? otherwise we would have quit long ago.

    call me a suckazz, but i, for one, prefer the 'do it right the first time' attitude of vi.
    speaking as one of those who has suffered thru the last 3+ years on the test server, i think vi is proving to be the best owner so far.

    i think we all need to believe that vi has horizons very best interests at heart, that they have a master plan that is being followed, and that they will inform us of those plans and interests when they see fit.

    by no means i am i advocating not letting your ideas and thoughts be known. there is a difference between rational (but emotional sometimes! ) discussion and demanding expectations of desires.

    just my thoughts based on my experiences......

    Two Guild Areas have been looked at:

    Guild: Gerard

    1) 22108/17530 - Plot Marker not attached to plot boundary, plot seems further from road

    2) 22061/17448 - North corner discoloration (grass area on plot)

    3) 22090/17470 - North corner discoloration (grass growing on plot)

    4) 22112/17498 - Patch of grass in plot (22068/17536), north corner more grass

    Guild: Back Bay

    1) 26498/15177 - Road within South East corner boundary, North side discoloration from old plots.

    2) 26517/14958 - South side discoloration, North East corner has road in it, Weeping Willow tree overhangs a lot into plot.

    3) 26472/15138 - South East corner with road bonus, discoloration of plot (eg grass growing). West and South side, plot looks like it extends further than the plot boundary

    4) 26478/15068 - Plot Marker completely within boundary, East and South sides have remnants of old plots.

    5) 26531/14992 - West side plot discoloration, slight incline in South East corner where plot meets mountain. Dip in plot 26580/15000, North side of plot seems uneven... slight dip 26556/15018

    Discoloration near guild plot 26604/15153

    *Note: The area around 26455/14989 used to have plots in that area and a plot wasn't put back to replace the small plots that were removed even though there's ample room now for at least 1 nice sized plot. Left over discoloration from old plots are visible in that area.

    2) 22142/22475 - West side plot marker within plot boundaries, some structures outside boundary

    3) 22185/22502- West side plot marker within plot boundaries

    4) 22219/22596 - Plot marker not attached to plot boundary, East side structures outside plot boundaries, West side crater 22200/22612 with West corner decline. Plot discoloration west side.

    5) 22226/22700 - Land is not flat. West side has dips and hills, south side uneven, declining to the west. North side on decline to West. Road on north side of plot should be moved or next plot shifted (see next plot)

    6) 22257/22712 - Plot marker not attached to boundary (find it in the alchemist shop), road on south side of plot extends into plot, structures extend far outside the boundaries by several meters. West, East and South sides uneven... little dips and hills.

    7) 22050/22557 - Northeast corner on incline on hill

    8) 22035/22591 - Portion of road on east side within plot boundary

    9) 22065/22668 - Plot marker within plot boundaries, Southeast corner on incline and touches road, west side drops over edge of hill

    10) 221928/22504 - Plot structures extend outside of north boundary, plot extends into mountain region (discoloration). Crater at 21950/22524, West side not flat, as well as south side as another crater at 21915/22504

    11) 22034/22480 (roughly) - Looks like a plot, no plot marker.

    12) 221956/22588 - A hole in the world on top of the dragon lair when facing east

    13) 22218/22560 (roughly) - Looks like a plot, no plot marker.

    I think that's it.

    18647/15320 Northwestern corner needs flattened.

    18705/15378 Western edge needs flattened. Northwestern corner goes up slope.

    18705/15287 Plot marker is half inside western edge. Northwestern corner has road bonus.

    18729/15218 Plot marker is half inside western edge. Western edge from plot marker to southwest corner shows a dip, but I can't find it specifically. Western edge from plot marker to northwest corner overlaps road.

    18783/15240 Plot marker is inside western edge. Road bonus extends inside plot to plot marker, Northwest and southeast corners go down slope.

    All of the 25x25 plots are still shown in the community survey stacked inside the newer bigger plots (has 14 plots shown when it should be like 8 or 9)

    On one of the plots (the one owned by sweet_expanse - caddy corner to the keyplot) the structures appear to have migrated across the road.

    Mensar, you need to clear your world cache. That will remove the "ghost" plots.

    As for the migrated structures, we'll get those fixed. The plot moved, not the structures, during resizing.
