Arop I got problem i think it buged

I need hep with arop i think it is buged or my game is but I try to talk to hermit and he not say out to me I gave him yhe cask of holding and it say i finshi A master of lore . I send ticket out but I don't know what to do i been around the chacters twise who i been do quest with but no luck i hope this doesn't mean i can't do arop

Hermit is finicky. More than likely you need to delete any Tokens of Esteem from RoP from both yourself and your vault. Then try talking to him again.
