Thread: Fluff Stuff: Dragon Wear

    Default Fluff Stuff: Dragon Wear

So I was bored and decided to design some casual (or at least non battle) wear for dragons, I was going to do more but the second pic gave me issues and I ran out of time

    Anyways.

    Tuxedo:

    Badly done wedding dress:

Edit: For the record, dragons look bad in dresses.

    wow

I hope dragon clothing is not implemented. Perhaps some battle scales, but I really don't think clothing is appropriate.

    Just my opinion mind ya.

I would vote no on clothes.

    I could go for a well-done fedora.

Totally agree, I must say that the Tuxedo is nicely made.
But neither one of my characters would ever want to be caught dead in such things.
Clothes like a tuxedo and wedding dress is nice for bipeds and not for dragons.

While the two pics are amusing, I do have to say that that dragon clothing looks out of place in Istaria... well, except maybe the hat. The hat looks kind of neat.

Now, maybe there's some opportunity for Khutit clothing. I'm kind of hoping for a trench coat and fedora myself, but that's probably not going to happen either.

Every time I look at this thread I can't help but see in my mind's eye those tiny little yappy dogs that people dress up.

The poor dog never looks "happy" to be dressed up... and I can't imagine a dragon would either. Their self esteem would suffer.

I can see them parade around in things like those ceremonial elephant "clothes" like they have in India, Thailand and such. Very impressive and beautiful.

Hehe! Ya, It was more of an excuse to photoshop some poorly drawn clothes onto Lan than an actual sugestion. Id seriously considered putting it in the Fun Stuff forum.

Just be glad I didnt finish my other clothing ideas.

This thread had me wondering if I was actually asleep and dreaming about typing on the forum, or something bizarre like that. I was staring at the first picture just thinking... "Eh???!!"

And Velea you made my day with your post.

Great work with the pictures, although I must agree that clothes just don't suit dragons.

    Four words:
    Dragon Wear: Swimsuit Addition.

But to make this a semi serious suggestion, if dragons were to have non battle related scales/clothes/decoration what would you picture it looking like?
