There's a new setup package that will ensure you have the latest launcher and update your start menu and desktop shortcut.

You can download a specialized setup that will ensure your launcher is up to date, and will recreate your desktop shortcut and start menu. Click Launcher Upgrade Download on this page:

Please make sure when you run the setup that you are selecting your Istaria install folder - it will select the last installation folder, but it's good to confirm.

The developers report that an updated version of the setup was rolled out 2009.04.05 at 19:00 PST that resolves the following critical fixes for Vista users:

1. When attempting to perform a launcher upgrade, warn if the selected folder doesn't contain horizons.exe or istaria.exe.
2. If using Vista and UAC is enabled, request elevated privileges so that an install into $program_files always succeeds.
3. If the setup manifest can not be downloaded or saved, display error message (mostly a UAC issue which is now resolved) but could occur if firewall blocks setup.
