World Cache Being Dumped

Now I know that in the launcher there is an option the clear your world cache. That is not set. Even so my world cache keeps getting dumped every couple of days... However I am reasonably sure that the files are not getting deleted but I still have to download them.

Getting very sick of the long port times

Any ideas??

check the in game options settings, is the clear world cache option checked there?

Is your computer archiving them or indexing them?
