What happened to my Graphics!!? :(

A few weeks ago my comp crashed and i had to reinstall game. no big deal but ever since then my graphics are not as great as they used to be and they are on same settings.. this upsets me greatly because i love istaria's sky. please help or suggestions

i am not the only one with this problem.. Scaleeth said she does to.. i dont have examples from hers but i do have one of her Befores from her Deviant art page..
i want my graphics back like this!!!

Have you tried putting the graphics setting down again (maybe relog) and then put it back up again? See if anything happens...
