Not a bad start! It looks well put together!

Now if we can only get an entire index for ALL of the "/" commands for the game for setting the undocumented features (like fog distance, etc)

As far as i know /help doesnt give all commands, there are loads of /setprefs that arent documented.

/window lagwindow - gives the frame rate per second
/emote - gives a list of emotes - note these can be different depending on the character's race

Isn't there a list of slash commands in one of the ini/config files? I seem to recall a post mentioning to look there for all setpref commands... I'm at work at the moment so can't check sorry :|

Only 1 thing that I think is missing in the user guide so far.
Maybe you were still going to add it, but I think it could still use a detailed explanation about the use of Hotkey bars.
Not just the drag and place, but the (if players wish):
1. “select self� before casting a healing or buffing spell.
2. “Use Ability� for those that like to place crafting stuff on a hotkey bar like me.
Example… * Beginner Stone Brick and *�Add Ability�/*Use Item� (stoneworking ability or equip stone chisel.
3, “text commands� for:
Selecting specific mobs combined with a 1 or 2 second timer and reload hotkey
4. Create a custom greeting with /emote and %T% (selected target) or %N% (your name) or use of %L% for current location.

There are more examples, but this is what comes me to mind from experience and my own use.

Okay added some more info

1. Plot permissioning
2. Creating a create item hotkey
3. Creating a loot hotkey

And added some more common commands (don't think i want to list all commands, just the common ones we use).
