Former Unity dragon returns!

Hey y'all!

I'm finally returning to Istaria as it seems. I played on Unity back then until it was shot down. Some of you might remember me from old times. I really really missed the game and I'm happy to be finally back!
The support is working on transfering my Unity characters to Chaos right now so there's a good chance you see me online soon =)

It feels good to be "home" again! Greetings to all of you, see you online hopefully! ^.^

Is it just me or are the servers down for maintenance right now?

I cannot log in, not with the launcher and not via the website. Error code 12.. tells me that the launcher can not connect to an authentification server beause they are offline or because there is a network problem.

Uh well, anyone knows the problem? Is it me/my comp or is the maintenance running right now?
I'm a bit clueless..

Well.. after reinstalling and a lot of trying around I still can't login..
I use the launcher that gets installed together with the game.
Get the same error ID again and again:

Transport Error
Error ID: 12
The login process was unsuccessful because the client was unable to connect to any authentication server. This occurs when all the authentication servers are offline or there is a network error.
Please wait a few minutes and try logging in again.

Does anyone know help? Or should I send another ticket to the support?
*sighs* I hope I get things running soon~

Edit:
I see loading screen but loading fails all the time when it says "Looking up character stats". No matter on which shard I try it or whether with an existing chara or a new chara.

Sorry for the double post!

Just wanted to tell you that I got the problem solved (after several hours). Finally I'm able to get ingame and I'm happy!
It was a port issue after all. I had to open the ports needed for Istaria directly in the router options since opening ports just in the options of my local firewall didn't work. Stupid me. I should've known that.
