Been told of Stun IV.

Been told of Freeze IV and V.

Can anyone verify these existing and what dropped them?

Also:

Blighted Dragon Claws, to make all of them one would need 2 forms?: Lesser and Normal Blighted Dragon Claw?

Primal Attack form: anythign in particular drop these?

What t6 inventory equipment have forms?

Backpacks? Scale packs? anything else?

What dropped these illusive forms?

T6 undead drop Exceptional Radiant Crystals of holding?
