NPCs on vacation

I have spoken to a few others who are having this problem as well. Most of the NPCs on Chaos seem to be out on vacation with only a few actually where they should be. Like all the Brist NPC's are MIA, half the NPCs in my lair are MIA. I opened a ticket on this, just was wondering if it was only myself and the few I talked to or if it was more wide spread.

The NPC issue is everyone it seems, and a couple people have stated that it's getting progressively worse. I also have an issue that seems to be isolated only to me, at least no one else said this was a problem, in that I cannot access structures on my plot in order to place resources to build. I can build on others but when i try my own it doesn't even pull up any information as to needed units or progression.
