Was Drain Bolt V fixed in this delta?
I can't see it mentioned on the patch notes

I can't find a report on Drain Bolt V. What was wrong with it or the quest?

Counters for all three target mobs increment erratically. Quest can be completed but may take an hour or two (or longer) with extremely high number of kills with few counting.

For me, the Mountain Wolves on the checklist are not being counted. Granite Golems and Oak Treants have been checked off with no problems.
EDIT side note: This is on Order.
