Attunement to Draak quest

Is this quest still available from Brysmendrick after the changes to the ROP. My helian dragon is 100 adventure/80 craft and currently 25 lairshaping. Approaching Brysmendrick simply gives the dialogue to leave him in peace. Any ideas? or does the quest start elsewhere since is some time since I did it with mu Lunus Dragon?

The quest requires you to be level 30 as a lairshaper as well. It is still on Brysmendrick, though, so when you reach 30 in lairshaping you should be able to get it from him.
