Plot Construction: Basket Reed formula...
Greetings Folks!
Where can I find the beginner Reed formula for making the decorative baskets for plots? I've hit Outfitter, blacksmith, Scholar, tailor, weaver, fletcher, carp, and any other crafter I could find and still no luck.
It uses the 'weaving' skill, so I would think it would be kept at the weaver's but couldn't find it there.

When dressed as weaver visit farmer Holcomb at the Farmstead south of Dalimond. He is in field to east of the house. He will give you quest.

Awesome! Thanks! After doing more web searches I saw a dev update that mentioned Elm baskets being fixed as part of the T2 update and so I've been wandering around Dali asking everyone. Good to know I was on the right track!
