we were supposed to leave to Italy this early morning.
All was well planned 3 months ago. All was prepared, payed, baggage packed.
Papers and passports fine.

We left the house at 5 in the morning- in time.
We arrived at the small airport one hour later- in time.

OK-it was a bit crowded, a bit hectic-its a small airport- did I mention this?
We looked for and found the way to our gate.
ok- only 2 display pannels there- small ones.

Something seemed to be wrong- we were standing in the line to check in-
it was all very slowly.
So I left Flame and tried to find out what`s going wrong.
Found that out- thats the good news
The bad news is- we stood in the wrong line-
and it was too late for our baggage now-10 min they said
(all very unpolite staff)
but that we could check in and fly without our baggage.

No thy^^

So back home now (cats are a bit disturbed- but happy).
Not sure if we should cry or laugh.
Think second is better

I mean you could have gone on and they would have just sent your luggage from where IT landed, and yea its a day or two maybe but...

But its a small airport and a small airline.
All "do it yourself ": Booking and check-in via internet.
They do not offer that service.
