Potential Lunus ARoP Issue

I believe I have encountered a bug of some sort.

I'm working on the Ancient Rite of Passage right now, the Lunus path, and I've come to the part where I must collect the second element to put in the Cask.. the wind element. Well, the riddle was obvious from the guide, but when I went to attack the mob, and killed him, the quest did not update, nor did I receive the item in question from the boss -- that is, the Storm Seed, from Galestorm.

I repeated this, and also checked with Lantenal to see if I had missed anything, but I have followed the guide to the T with no change. Am I missing something, or is the Lunus quest possibly broken?

No. This is the creature southwest of Morning Light in Stormy March.

You are looking for Monsoon on Drakul.

Think you need Monsoon from Drakul's Heart actually. Ooh, beat me to it... =P

What guide are you using that you are told you need the creature from stormy march? He has never counted for the quest and all guides I know point to the one in Drakul.

That's unusual. The guide I have is labeled Lunus.anc (by.. Chasing?) and seems to be right, for the most part. I encountered a previous issue with the guide when the requirements to be invited on the quest in the first place pointed out only to Primal Mastery VII, when in fact, it was X.

I suppose I better find a different guide. O.o
