Where is Feledan Bright Wisps linked field?

Today I go out to gather bright essence. I find three wisps in all of Feledan when just a few months ago there used to be so many, we could gather five in a small clearing very close to each other.

I killed these three wisps (Two Weakened and one Enraged which does my gathering a fat load of good) and they do not come back, so where is the link to Feledan?

I've never heard of that field being linked at all, but in a recent patch the spawn was altered. The brights now spawn all over the area of Feladan and out to the maples at Sanctuary Bay. Since the change I've found it a lot easier to just go to the maple area and put up with the treants, still faster than trying to fill up in Fel Woods.

Just went out there and there were/are LOTS of Brights. Had to run around a bit.. but, they are there.
