Elemental Archer quest bug?

Trying to get the quest from Sindenis the Elemental Archer in Feladan. I'm lv 93. She wont give it to me and I get this message: "You already have a quest from this source, you must complete or abort it before getting a new one."

I have no clue what quest that is suppose to be. Cant see any quest from her or anyone in Feladan. These are the quests I have:
- Dralmok's Doom (chap 3)
- The Ghostbuster
- Tinkerer Task
- Delgarath Militia: scout the Surrounding area
- Earn Title: Enemy of the Bioscholars
- Earn Title: Treasure Hunter
- Gnomekindle Tree Amethyst (yes its old )

So why cant I get it? Am I or is the quest bugged?

Most of those quests are disabled and I have no clue how to get them enabled again. (side track a bit) Is there a way to add the info on which quest goes with what Adv class?

Burning Archer, Drulkar's Wrath and The Ghostbuster are all classed as Epic Quests and conflict with one another.

The Ghostbuster (if its disabled) you have to be level 80 adventurer and either Spiritist, Reaver or Bloodmage school.

ah! tested and deleted ghostbuster and got the archer quest.
Biped has like 15 adv school, hard to keep up with what is what.
