Couple of ideas:

1. Make it so as you can save your UI layout between all character, do the same with keybindings/video/options

2. Make the hotbars resizable (maybe a couple of size options instead of expandable

If you're interested in a work-around for "saving your UI between characters," you can copy the prefs of one character into another character's folder in the prefs folder of your root Istaria directory. UIPersonal is for the UI. ClientPrefs_Controls is controls. UITutorialFlags will ensure you don't see tutorial windows on new characters as long as the character you're copying from has seen them already. I'm not sure if the communication or hotkeys ones will actually work with a copy and paste, but they might.

making them larger, I play in windowed mode and my hotbars are tiny

wow, i play in windowed and mine are pretty good size, certainly adequate to the need......
i personally would like more total hotkey bars - i don't have near enough for vel's needs!
