Well I am glad you are very honest in your answer and that is probably the best reason to not like them. I suspect rather they admit it or not that is the underlying reason why anyone would dislike Private RP's even if they suggest other reasons.

Frith's version where essentially it is an open RP but with a moderator or two who would hopefully oust someone summoning Rocket-Turtles and otherwise running the show to an extent sounds very good to me.
