Who's got the T4 Nature techs? and misc. reqs.

I've been looking around and I can't find anyone with both nature damage 4 and pierce 4 (I don't get good results with romp & gale vs. mobs that already have low nature resistance).
I need a full set of T4 Nature spells if you have both techs and an Accuracy 4 to throw on Shocking Blast.
