Isn't it about to get time to fire Luca and just move the Unity server under controll by AE?

As much asim i pissed at todays afair blamming it all on one person is wrong, this is GN`s work and GN, and not Luca as person, should be blamed for it. We all remember all the ******** Gale got in his time, that was AE`s work and not Gale ther person. IMO

was ingame until 15 min ago the server seems to be shut down .. had no problems with loot split vaultaccess or something until i was dropped out but all friends were missing. :(

Yes he is, but i still dont belive personal attacks helps at all. Luca takes alot of ********, some he deserve and quite alot he doesnt. Im glad i dont have Luca`s job tomorrow when he logs on, thats for sure.

My frustration is aimed at GN, not at Luca. Luca is just a voice for GN, and for all we know he might be under explicit instructions as to what he is or is not allowed to say. Like others have pointed out, we shouldn't direct criticism at Luca even if he is the community liaison for GN. Unfortunately because of his role, he's the face of GN and unfortunately he is the one who gets to bear the brunt of the frustration that downtime like this generates.

We had a bad period on the NA shards during the merger when basically the shards went TU (technical term, I reckon most people can figure out what it stands for [:P]), but thanks to regular feedback from AE we did not seea mass exodus of players. That's all it really takes, GN need to provide some feedback as to what is going on. I think the biggest criticism is that any MMORPG needs 24 hour support, not 9 till 5.
