How do i get setscale?

Unfortunately, it's not a simple downloadable mod file - you actually have to make a copy of a specific file in your install, put it into your resource_override folder, then update the copy with the code provided in the link.

I recommend using the zip file, extract it into the game folder such as:
C:\Program Files\Artifact Entertainment\Horizons
C:\Program Files\Vitrium\Istaria

Whichever folder is correct for you install. The default has changed about 5 times over the years, so the self extracting file (the .exe) points to a now-outdated install path for most people. So use the zip file, and browse around for the correct location.
